Kayaking adventure

Explore our range of small boats accommodating one to four individuals, as well as tandem paddle boats perfect for two, ensuring an inclusive and personalized adventure on a serene lake, with the opportunity to enjoy paddling amidst fish and birds.

One of the standout activities in the adventure park is boat riding, always a topic of interest; hence, here are the details along with pictures.

Your first question: What are the types of boats?

In the lake, there are three types of boats: rubber paddle boats for one, two, three, or four persons, depending on size and age. Enjoy a personalized or family paddling experience without prior experience. Alternatively, there are pedal boats for two, and for those seeking solitary adventure, there's kayaking, requiring some paddling skills.

Your frequently asked question: How deep is the lake?

The lake's natural formation varies in depth, generally ranging from 50 cm at the edges to 80 cm at its center. No need for swimming skills or life jackets, though safety vests are provided for added security. Generally, boat riding isn't the perilous adventure some imagine; instead, it's a delightful experience amidst lush greenery, beautiful nature, and diverse birds.

The most unusual question: Are there crocodiles in the lake?

When someone asks this, they're truly immersed in the ambiance. While anything is possible, there are no crocodiles in the lake. However, there are five types of fish, three native to the area and two for culinary purposes, including large carp and catfish, alongside wild ducks and birds residing at the lake's edges.

Frequently asked: Is the lake water clean?

The lake's water comes from two sources: a clear external spring and an internal spring suitable for drinking. Due to its muddy bottom resembling that of the Dead Sea, its appearance is greenish and not entirely clear. The water is affected by the movement of floating wooden platforms, offering a Venetian-like experience. While not for drinking, it's certainly clean and fresh.

The most important question: How much does the boat experience cost?

The cost is reasonable: 5 JD for adults, 3 JD for children, or potentially less as part of adventure packages or for larger groups, with approximately 25 minutes' time, extendable as long as everyone is enjoying themselves and everything is calm. You can stay on the water as long as you like and enjoy the boat ride.
